Printer won't start-up

Problem

Printer was working fine yesterday, now it won't start. Power is getting to printer but not doing anything. Lights green (Basic) and red (Maintenance) may flash briefly or remain lit when both power and stop are pressed but then die. Any ideas?

Solution

  1. These new printers has internal counters... maybe you already have reached its limit... it is a part of its maintenance that it needs to be serviced... but there is this utility software that resets the counter to zero, just download the sscservice.exe file and run the program on your system... don't worry its easy to use.
